With 2 to 5 years in sales support and operations, you'll own data integrity in HubSpot, coordinate RFP responses, and create compelling proposals. Your attention to detail and strong writing skills will help streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM data quality in HubSpot or Q360
• Oversee RFP response process from start to finish
• Develop quotes, proposals, and engaging sales presentations
• Track proposal dependencies and ensure smooth coordination
• Analyze KPIs related to proposals and sales efficiency
