We are seeking a highly organized, client‑focused Events & Conference Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of meetings, conferences and special events at our 4‑star luxury hotel in Vancouver. This role is responsible for delivering seamless, high‑quality experiences that reflect the hotel’s brand standards while maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning, Coordination & Execution

• Manage all aspects of event coordination from initial inquiry through post‑event follow‑up
• Manage group room blocks with the client and monitor pick‑up with Housing Bureaus
• Plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, weddings and social events
• Conduct site inspections and client consultations to understand event requirements
