About This Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote the client and its products/services during trade shows and industry events.
- Support booth operations, ensuring a professional and organized experience for visitors and partners.
- Coordinate and assist with meetings at the booth, including scheduling, welcoming attendees, and follow-ups.
- Provide on‑site support to the manager and team throughout the event, assisting with operational and logistical needs.
- Engage with visitors, buyers, and stakeholders, sharing information and directing opportunities to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with general event activities as needed to ensure smooth execution of the mission and client objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, marketing, or market research (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
