Key Responsibilities

• Active Prospecting: Identify, cold‑call, and reach out to new employers across the U.S. market (Hospitality, Luxury Resorts, Amusement Parks, and Restaurants).
• Candidate Pre‑Screening & English Testing: Conduct initial interviews and evaluate the English proficiency levels of applicants to ensure they meet program standards.
• Job Offer Management: Coordinate interviews between participants and U.S. employers, review employment contracts, and ensure strict compliance with sponsor regulations.
