We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-forward Executive Assistant to support the owner of a multi-unit retail operation. Works closely with the Business Owner and Operations team to ensure that the business is proactively set up for automation, accurately tracked, and sufficiently documented. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to streamline retail operations across multiple locations.

Specific Duties Include:

• Lead AI Implementation: Act as the primary architect for Claude-based automation, setting up skills and agents to optimize business workflows.
• Data Integration & Visibility: Manage data across 3–4 different operational software systems and build customized dashboards to track key metrics.
