Overview
Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. This role focuses on executive coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day program operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide comprehensive executive support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials

+ Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums, town halls, and cross-functional sessions

+ Track action items, follow up on commitments, and ensure alignment across stakeholders

+ Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and executive communications

+ Support onboarding, logistics, and access coordination for team members and contractors

+ Liaise with internal teams (HR, Technology, Procurement, etc.) to support program needs
