Executive Assistant/Office Manager ($90k-$110k)
Growing firm based in Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
Arranging travel and preparing expense reports
Ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring office cleanliness
Setting up for meetings
Restocking supplies and tracking inventory
Ordering lunches
Overseeing vendor management
Communicating with building management
Assisting with ad hoc needs, including recruiting tasks, light bookkeeping, etc.
Supporting special projects
In addition to a competitive base salary ($90k-$110k, DOE), the firm offers strong benefits including full healthcare coverage and 401(k), and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications
3+ years of related admin/office support experience
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
