We are seeking an Executive Compensation Partner to join our Career Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto and is a hybrid position requiring a presence in the office at least three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Have a minimum of 12‑15 years of relevant work experience in Executive Compensation within a consulting firm or large corporate environment.
- Provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and/or market trends.
- Recognize and identify business development/sales opportunities.
- Interact with and advise board level and C‑suite executives on a regular basis.
- Oversee and be accountable for all deliverables created by the client team.
- Design short‑term and long‑term incentive programs that reinforce the clients’ strategic objectives.
- Develop executive compensation strategies, philosophies and programs that address clients’ attraction and retention needs.
