Executive Director

CAFH is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization at an important moment in its evolution. Having built strong momentum through trusted relationships, prudent stewardship, and diversified fundraising approaches, the Foundation is now focused on strengthening and growing its revenue base to ensure long‑term sustainability and impact. Reporting to, and working closely with an engaged Board of Directors, this role presents a unique opportunity to shape CAFH’s future by championing its fundraising strategy, deepening donor and community engagement, and strengthening alignment with the Children’s Aid Society of Halton. The Executive Director will play a central role in balancing continuity with thoughtful innovation, ensuring that the work of the Foundation remains relevant, resilient, and impactful.
