Opportunity MacEwan University is seeking an Exercise Specialist I for a casual opportunity with our Sport and Wellness department. Reporting to the Supervisor, Fitness Centre and Programming, you will be responsible for designing and delivering health and fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, programs and facility monitoring with the overall goal of meeting the health and wellness needs of all patrons of the centre, including students, athletes, staff, faculty, and public clientele.

Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:

Executing comprehensive Fitness & Health Assessments and counseling sessions according to the guidelines of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP);

Organizing, developing, administering and monitoring specialized testing contracts for special populations, sport organizations and corporate clients;
