We are looking for an Experienced Building Superintendent to maintain various properties across Canada. This full-time, on-the-road position requires excellent repair skills and supervisory experience.
In this permanent role, you will coordinate maintenance across apartment complexes, hotels, and commercial buildings. Your background must include experience in hands-on repairs and team supervision. Being organized and reliable is crucial to excel in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate carpet and steam cleaners for maintenance
• Conduct safety checks on systems and properties
• Manage heavy lifting and moving of equipment
• Supervise maintenance contractors and staff
• Perform repairs on appliances and other equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities maintenance
• Other trades certificate or diploma is preferred
• Proven ability to handle physically demanding work
• Effective judgement and flexibility in tasks
