Osler Works is on the lookout for a dedicated Corporate Law Clerk with 4-8 years of experience in corporate transactions. You will provide critical support for incorporations, amendments, and other corporate matters while collaborating with a specialized legal team. This role can be performed remotely or from Osler's offices in Ottawa or Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate incorporations and dissolution processes
• Review and manage corporate minute books thoroughly
• Draft necessary remedial documentation and share provisions
• Participate in tax reorganizations and financing support
• Update and maintain legal entity software systems
Requirements:
