Step into a vital role as an Ironworker Journeyperson with Heartland Constructors at the IOL KEARL Turnaround project in Fort MacKay, Alberta, working flexible shifts for competitive pay.
Jardeg is recruiting for the turnaround event from May 12 through June 2, where you'll engage in essential tasks like erecting steel structures, assembling rigging, and performing accurate steel cutting and tying. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork, providing accommodations at Wapasu camp with great facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Erect structural steel and install robotic equipment
• Assemble rigging systems for equipment transport
• Read and interpret necessary construction drawings
• Ensure safe alignment and installation of steel parts
• Cut and tie reinforcing steel on-site
Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification in Ironworking
• Relevant Energy Safety Canada certifications
• Valid Driver's License is essential
