You will oversee the entire accounting cycle, prepare financial reporting packages, and manage tenant accounts. The position demands exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, ensuring compliance and timely reporting across a complex business structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct full cycle accounting for real estate properties
• Conduct monthly financial reporting and G/L entries
• Supervise A/R and A/P, addressing discrepancies
• Manage utility chargebacks and recovery reconciliations
• Prepare year-end audit documentation and schedules
