About This Opportunity

Join the Alberta Geological Survey as an Experienced Subsurface Geologist, working in a hybrid model to analyze and interpret geological data. Your expertise in stratigraphy will directly influence energy regulation and resource management.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a Master’s Degree and between 5-7 years of relevant experience. Operating primarily in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin, you’ll apply your knowledge of oil sands, sedimentology, and petrophysical analysis to yield insightful geological analyses. Contributing to team efforts and appraising resources, your work will enhance the operational plan of the AGS.
