Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using best practices and out‑of‑the‑box capabilities
• Lead technical direction across integrations and application development initiatives
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver reliable resolutions
• Ensure platform integrity, security, and performance across environments
