Exports Consolidation Execution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, perform risk assessments and/or warehouse audits.
• Lead projects and initiatives to ensure a just‑in‑time material flow from purchase to finished products.
• Provide transportation support services to assigned plants, product divisions, branches and distribution centers on operational issues and cost/service improvement programs.
• Work with carrier personnel to meet service requirements and conduct statistical analysis on routing and distribution methods.
• Manage daily consolidation center operations including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution.
• Oversee OSD processing and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Monitor site‑level costs, flag variances, and enforce pre‑approved spend controls.
