Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified KDFN Citizen & Beneficiary who are interested in advancing into senior leadership roles within our government.

As part of our commitment to strengthening internal capacity and creating clear leadership pathways for Citizens, KDFN is establishing Associate Director positions to work alongside Department Directors. These roles are designed as developmental leadership positions with the long-term objective of preparing Citizens for future Director and senior governance roles.
