Job Summary

We are looking for a student in Business Administration (ADE), Administrative Management, or Vocational Education and Training Studies in Administration and Finance to join our Facilities & Services department within the Administration & Control area.

The main objective of this role is to provide support to the Facilities department by actively participating in the annual price request project. This includes preparing, completing, sending, and following up on forms, as well as the digitalization and filing of all related documentation. Additionally, the intern will support the annual order closing and invoicing operations and will participate in preparing and launching orders for the new fiscal year.
