**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all activities related to construction projects, improvements, adaptations and expansions within a new building, it requires a tireless attitude
working with rigor and rhythm to execute the project on time, cost and quality. The overall responsibility is to ensure that the building is on time for the start of operations.
**Role**
- Follow up on the construction program of the building and supervise that progress goes according to plan and ensure delivery on time
- Coordinate all the activities of the contractors within the APTIV plant
- Review of the scope of the projects with each of the contractors
- Ensure that all contractors obtain the required licenses and building permits if necessary
- Manage work program of each of the projects and carry out monitoring
