Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring optimal functionality of building systems and infrastructure.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and company standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental compliance, and risk management policies.
• Develop and manage budgets (CAPEX & OPEX), controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and space optimization projects aligned with operational goals.
• Address facility-related issues promptly to maintain business continuity.
