Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision of housekeeping housepersons
• Provide on-going training and support to the housekeeping housepersons
• Expert in the technical side of the position including internet, telephone and on-command related troubleshooting
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Leadership team regarding scheduling, task assignments, and projects
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping vehicles through weekly inspections
• Demonstrate, train and deliver service excellence to all guests
• Other housekeeping duties as assigned
