Your New Role

Your role will encompass delivering top-tier legal counsel and representation to clients across various family law issues, including divorce, property settlement, parenting arrangements, domestic violence, child support, and spousal maintenance. This entails conducting client interviews, undertaking legal research, and crafting legal documentation. You'll also represent clients in court, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Managing a caseload of family law matters autonomously is expected, alongside adept communication with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
