Holds a Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school
Currently licensed and registered as a physician with New York State
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Medicine
Serving both school-age and adult populations
Ability to travel between 2 locations
A passion for working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Medicaid enrolled preferably
