We are seeking a skilled Family Solicitor to join our client's busy, client-focused family law team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of family law matters, deliver excellent client care, ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and contribute to efficient team workflows. This role offers professional development and exposure to a wide range of family law work including financial remedy proceedings, children law, cohabitation disputes (all private matters). Hybrid working available.

Key responsibilities:

• Act for clients throughout family law matters from initial instruction to conclusion, including conducting client interviews, preparing proceedings, negotiating settlements and representing clients at court and alternative dispute resolution forums where authorised.
