About This Opportunity
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise archaeological field assessments
- Identify, record, and catalog archaeological and traditional use sites
- Conduct preliminary and post-impact reconnaissance and impact assessments
- Uphold robust health and safety standards
- Support project coordination and delivery
- Liaise professionally with First Nations
- Mentor and oversee junior field staff
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Archaeology or Anthropology
- 3+ years of archaeological field experience (BC and/or Alberta)
- Proven experience leading field programs
- First Aid & H2S certification
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Strong physical fitness and comfort working in remote environments
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident
