This role suits someone confident running field programs, mentoring junior staff, and engaging respectfully with Indigenous communities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise archaeological field assessments
• Identify, record, and catalog archaeological and traditional use sites
• Conduct preliminary and post‑impact reconnaissance and impact assessments
• Uphold strong health and safety standards
• Support project coordination and delivery
• Liaise professionally with First Nations
• Mentor and oversee junior field staff
