Step into a high-impact role with BC Network Operations (NEO). As part of our Field Construction Management (FCM) team, you will drive the success of our outside plant infrastructure through expert contractor management and strategic oversight. This role is built for a multitasker: you will oversee the scheduling of planned capital construction while simultaneously refining processes to outsource and scale our assurance response. We need a partner who can manage vendor relationships with precision, use data to improve cost-effectiveness, and implement robust strategies that ensure our network remains world-class.
