Responsibilities
The Field Quality Specialist will work closely with our trade and retail accounts to provide quality audits, conduct product training, troubleshoot problem accounts and investigate job site installation/quality issues and recommend solutions. They will also implement data into the Central Quality ETQ system and drive root cause/corrective actions with plant quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years Customer/Field Service experience, college or technical school preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills and a mechanical aptitude.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
- Must be flexible and be able to work independently
- Must be able to travel for jobsite visits within MX and have travel requirements for occasional team meetings in US
- Conversational English (Advanced)
- Preferred 3+ years’ experience in the plumbing industry or related field a pluse
