The Field Sales Funter – Public Accounts plays a dual role, combining acquisition and account development within the public sector. This hybrid role is key in managing the full lifecycle of public clients, from pre-tender engagement to long-term contract expansion. It operates in a highly procedural environment, balancing commercial objectives with transparency, regulatory compliance, and institutional credibility.

Responsibilities

Acquisition & Prospecting

• Identify public sector opportunities and map decision‑makers in institutions such as ministries, agencies, and municipalities.
• Qualify public tenders and participate in discovery efforts to understand institutional benefit needs.
• Present Pluxee’s digital solutions with a focus on fiscal impact, well‑being outcomes, and merchant network coverage.
