**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs Mycronic products on customer premises, at company facility, and via telephone
- Performs installation of new machines
- Assists customers with machine setup and fluid dispensing process
- Provides some post-sales process and system support
- Attends occasional trade shows to demonstrate systems
- Travels within the US and Canada as assigned
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field required
- Two to three years of related technical support and/or direct experience with fluid dispensing systems required
- Industry-specific experience and familiarity with industry product preferred
- Ability to read and use electrical schematics for troubleshooting
- Experience with electrical tools (i.e. multi-meter), components and testing for functionality
