Position: Field Service Representative (located in Vancouver, British Columbia)

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and commissioning medical diagnostic imaging equipment
• Promptly following up and following through to customer resolution
• Displaying a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex problems
• Controlling and completing electronic documentation
• Guiding the maintenance of tools, testing equipment and calibrating material
• Planning and scheduling of service and maintenance duties
• Interfacing with customers to provide quality service and support
