About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Service Technician to support inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire and life safety equipment across customer sites in the East GTA and Durham Region. This field‑based role requires regular travel within the service area. Ideal candidates are based in East Toronto or Durham Region, with the ability to travel efficiently throughout the territory.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, install, service, and maintain fire and life safety equipment at customer sites and in shop
• Complete service documentation, including inspection reports and commissioning records, accurately and on time
• Conduct life safety inspections and identify deficiencies, recommending corrective actions
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs
• Complete warranty service work as required
• Provide basic on‑site training to customers on equipment use and safety practices
