We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a Field Tech to join our team.

  • Basic knowledge of Window soperating 
  • Basic client service skills.
  • Ticket documentation and tracking in the CRM platform.
  • Creation of end-user response and delivery letters.
  • Control and updating of physical and logical inventory.
  • Extensive knowledge in the assembly, disassembly, and reconditioning of computer equipment and peripherals (laptops, desktops, QR readers, fingerprint readers, headsets, printers, among others).
