**Objective**:
Develop complete knowledge about the P2P process to support the Shared Services team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the APRS team with managing the Accounts Payable subledger and actively review old/open unresolved debit balances, acting as a decision-maker to resolve/clear them for the Latin America Region.
- Actively monitor and coordinate the resolution of GR/IR accounts and assign issues accordingly.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Outsource Partner) to resolve pending invoices and documents in the system.
- Follow up with approvers on aged, unapproved, and rejected invoices, ensuring timely and effective execution of necessary tasks.
