Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance function. This is a varied, hands-on position where you will be responsible for transactional finance duties and ensuring the smooth running of core processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and payment requests
Supporting weekly and monthly payment runs and electronic transfers
Raising sales invoices and monitoring outstanding receivables
Following up on overdue payments and resolving customer account queries
Assisting with month-end processes, including financial reporting support
