About the Role
This role supports the Minerals Americas regional functions as a Finance Business Partner, reporting to the Manager Planning & Reporting. It provides financial support and insight to improve functional performance. The role requires a high level of autonomy and a collaborative approach across a wide range of stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities
- Works with the Function to collect and process all inputs to 2-Year Budget, quarterly forecasts and month end, focusing on driving performance to benchmarks.
- Leverages systems to prepare efficient and insightful reports for senior stakeholders.
- Critically analyzes processes and outputs to identify variability and improvement opportunities.
- Draws on models, systems and tools to ensure an optimal approach in delivering business requests that drive process efficiency and standardisation.
