Role Purpose Provide daily support to the IRO-Go Lean project focused on optimizing time and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for In-Room Operations (IRO) case resolution.
Key Responsibilities - Support the optimization of IRO case resolution time and SLA adherence.
- Assist with case codification to ensure proper documentation and categorization.
- Perform account reconciliation activities related to Accounts Payable and Finance processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives under the Go Lean methodology.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand ERP workflows and IRO procedures.
- Provide support in preparing reports, Excel analyses, and presentations.
Required Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
