As the FP&A Finance Manager II, you will serve as a key finance partner to the EA SPORTS App and New Ventures teams. EA Ventures is responsible for exploring and developing products and experiences beyond traditional gaming, functioning as an internal incubation organization within EA. The team is currently focused on the EA SPORTS App, an emerging mobile platform designed to expand how fans connect with EA SPORTS through content, community, and other digital experiences beyond the core game experience. Success in this role will require the ability to operate effectively in a complex, cross‑functional organization, influence stakeholders across multiple teams, and communicate confidently with senior leaders. You will provide day‑to‑day guidance, mentorship, and informal coaching to the Associate Finance Associate, and will report to a Finance Director. This has a hybrid work model, defined as 3 days in‑office.
