Purpose of Job: Leads and optimizes local Finance activities based on corporate guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Reports timely and accurately financial risks and opportunities to corporate stakeholders. Advises and supports local BU's/SU's.
Responsibilities

Ensures Country's compliance with group Finance principles, statutory and tax requirements.
Identifies business risks and proposes adequate action plans to mitigate/ manage.
Manages operative and strategic projects (restructuring, separation, TSA, others).
Maintain a strong financial health in the company that allows participation in bidding processes.
Ensures an efficient F&A organization structure and Internal controls achievements.
Participates in local MC, Board of Directors and, if applicable, Local legal representative.
