RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in preparing monthly Profit & Loss, Balance sheet and Cashflow Statements. Enables Monthly MIS with detailed analyses in a time bound manner.
Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities and Monthly Book closure.
Handling Direct and Indirect Taxes and liaising with the Tax consultant.
Key Team member to Handle the Budgeting Activity for the Entity.
Handle Quarterly & Year End Statutory Audits.
Uses Accounting software to record transactions & Ensures compliances with applicable GAAP.
Provide periodic assistance with plant-related commercial operations, Banking and insurance matters.
Liaising with the Legal Consultants and ensure compliances with all applicable laws in Mexico.
Leading Process Automation for the areas responsible.
Assists Financial controller from time to time.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
