Job Title: VP, Legal Counsel (Markets Legal Advisory)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to markets and derivatives business in the company's head office and other global market branches and subsidiaries of the company Group.
• Responsible for drafting and negotiating Master Agreements and other trading agreements, including related collateral agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, TMA) with counterparties in various jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with and respond to queries relating to Master Agreements from other functional specialists within the bank to resolve legal, credit risk, operational, tax, and business issues, obtaining relevant approvals as necessary.
