About This Opportunity
Responsibilities - Prepare and review monthly financial statements and ensure accurate EBITDA calculation and analysis for the plant.
- Coordinate and support the forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring timely and reliable financial projections.
- Maintain direct and ongoing communication with Corporate Finance, acting as the main point of contact to review plant financial results, forecasts, and performance drivers.
- Partner with plant leadership and operational teams to analyze financial performance and identify cost control and efficiency opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, labor, overhead, and scrap, ensuring proper cost allocation and control.
- Analyze and explain variances vs. budget and forecast, providing clear recommendations to management.
