**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FPA), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Ability to utilize SQL to extract and manipulate complex data sets for financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to conduct financial analysis and develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
