About This Opportunity
Principal Duties And Responsibilities - Build governance tools and reports to properly identify departmental issues and share them with the team leader and the manager.
- Design and present to the team leader and the manager the measurement indicators necessary to evaluate the department's performance and manage deadlines.
- Analyze the overall supplier portfolio and provide recommendations.
- Diagnose and take ownership of problem resolution related to departmental efficiency.
- Actively participate in the period-end closing process by preparing reconciliations and analysis of assigned accounts.
- Prepare financial projections and budget for accounts payable and cash outflow.
- Perform and maintain SOX internal controls and set up an internal testing system.
- Coordinate the requirements and requests of internal and external auditors.
