About This Opportunity
**Key responsibilities include:**
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
+ Ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards, brand policies, and statutory requirements
+ Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
+ Support year-end closing, audits, and statutory reporting
Oversee and review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets
+ Monitor daily revenue postings, night audit reports, and income audit accuracy
+ Support cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and treasury controls
+ Ensure proper controls over cash handling, petty cash, and banking procedures
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections
+ Monitor departmental costs and highlight cost control opportunities
+ Support purchasing and inventory controls in line with hotel policies
