Job Description
Report to the CFO and work closely with commercial leaders of the firmOversee and develop a sizeable accounting and finance team of over 15 peopleOverseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reportsEnsuring compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal policiesLeading budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-makingMonitoring and managing cash flow, cost control, and financial performance metricsProviding financial advice to senior management for business planning and growth strategiesSupervising and mentoring the accounting and finance team to enhance performanceCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviewsImplementing and improving financial systems, processes, and controls
