Chileno Bay Golf & Beach Club, part of Discovery Land Company, is growing its Finance team in Los Cabos. We are looking for an analyst who delivers clear financial insight to support our leadership and investors.

What you will do:

* Prepare investor reports and summary presentations

* Build cash sources and uses, sales commission calculations, and the weekly sales report

* Keep the Business Plan updated with actuals and forecasts

* Run gross margin analysis by neighborhood and sales price per square foot

* Partner with accounting to keep financial reporting accurate

* Support Development with budget validation and Board approvals

What we are looking for:

* 2 to 4 years in business finance or a related role

* Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration. Master's degree is a plus

* Bilingual in English and Spanish

* Excel superuser

* Real estate experience
