We are looking for a passionate Fishing and Hunting Expert to lead our Fishing & Hunting department!

About the Role

You will be the go-to expert for our fishing and hunting customers. You’ll run the department, provide outstanding product advice, build customer loyalty, and help drive sales in one of the most exciting categories in our store.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Fishing & Hunting department – merchandise, inventory, and presentation
• Offer expert advice on rods, reels, lures, firearms, ammunition, archery, apparel, accessories, and more
• Help customers gear up for their next adventure on Lake Superior, local rivers, crown land, or beyond
