Position Summary

Care’s Occupational Health & Safety team is hiring for a N95 fit tester. This role will work primarily with the Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator to ensure proper deployment and functionality of respirators at St. Paul’s Hospital and Mount St. Joseph’s Hospital. The position involves inputting fit testing records into databases, troubleshooting respirator types on healthcare workers, and traveling between PHC sites as needed.

Schedule & Travel

Work schedule includes roughly one session weekly at Mount St. Joseph’s and one to two sessions weekly at St. Paul’s (08:30–16:30). Additional fit testing sessions may be scheduled at other PHC facilities, including Holy Family Hospital and St. Vincent’s Langara, especially during respiratory season. Hours and schedule may adjust based on demand.

Salary

Salary range: CAD $20.16–$29.16 per hour.
